About the Role

We are seeking a high-performance Recruitment Specialist to build and scale a team of outbound Sales Agents for international lottery campaigns.

This is not a traditional HR role—you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding, commission-driven sales agents.

You will play a key role in building a fast-moving, target-driven sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and recruit high-volume outbound sales agents
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates
  • Use job boards, referrals, call centre networks, and databases
  • Conduct fast-paced screening interviews (phone and in-person)

Screening & Selection

  • Evaluate candidates for sales ability, resilience, and communication skills
  • Conduct structured interviews and live roleplay assessments
  • Identify high-potential sales talent quickly and accurately
  • Filter out unsuitable or non-compliant candidates

Sales Talent Assessment

  • Run roleplay scenarios (objection handling, closing techniques)
  • Assess ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Identify candidates with strong persuasion and energy

Compliance & Ethical Hiring

  • Ensure all hires meet responsible sales and gambling compliance standards
  • Avoid misleading or unethical candidates
  • Follow all regulatory guidelines for lottery-related promotions

Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate onboarding and initial training schedules
  • Work closely with sales managers to ensure smooth integration
  • Track early-stage performance of new hires

Minimum Requirements

Proven recruitment experience in:

  • Call centres
  • Outbound sales teams
  • Insurance or financial services industries
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel / Google Sheets / basic CRM tools)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building large outbound sales teams
  • Existing network of call centre or sales agents
  • Familiarity with commission-based hiring structures
  • Multilingual ability (English + French or Spanish)
  • Experience recruiting in high-turnover environments
