About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across various insurance roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring goals
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience preferred (insurance industry a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive and competitive mindset
