Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates across various insurance roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring goals
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred (insurance industry a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
