Recruitment Specialist

Arcadis DPS is seeking a driven and delivery-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our Contract Technical Services team in Citywest, Dublin. This role is suited to a recruiter who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys proactive candidate sourcing, and can deliver high-quality talent at pace. You will play a key role in supporting the mobilisation of technical teams across critical client projects.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for recruiting across the following disciplines:

• Project Engineering
• C&Q and Validation
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Health & Safety
• Construction Management

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Identify, approach, and engage high-quality technical candidates through outbound methods (LinkedIn, database, referrals, networking)
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple roles and projects
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
• Client Delivery: Support rapid mobilisation of engineering teams to meet client deadlines
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage offers, contracts, and onboarding with a commercial and solution-focused mindset
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

Key Experience & Skills

• Recruitment Experience (Essential): Proven experience working in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, medical device, or technical/engineering sectors
• Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working to KPIs, deadlines, and delivery targets
• Sourcing Capability: Strong track record of proactively identifying and engaging candidates
• Resilience & Pace: Able to manage multiple roles and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
• Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships and engaging candidates effectively
• Commercial Awareness: Understands the importance of speed, quality, and client delivery
