We are looking for a commercially sharp, delivery-focused Recruitment Specialist who can build recruitment pipeline, secure new business, and deliver high-quality recruitment projects from brief to top candidate presentation. This role suits someone who is equally confident in new business development, stakeholder engagement, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment delivery.

Main Outcomes

  • Build and grow a strong recruitment sales pipeline month on month.
  • Convert recruitment opportunities into revenue-generating projects.
  • Deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment projects to agreed standards.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Keep CRM data accurate, current, and commercially useful.

Key Responsibilities

Sales-driven recruitment and business development

  • Proactively identify and generate recruitment opportunities through networking, referrals, relationship development, and market engagement.
  • Scope client requirements, prepare proposals, support contracting, and manage commercial momentum throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

Candidate sourcing and recruitment delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, CV screening, assessment and feedback coordination, through to interview scheduling.
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage quality candidates.
  • Ensure every process follows a structured, data-driven approach aligned to Lumenii’s methodology.

Client relationship management

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout each recruitment project by providing regular updates and remaining accessible to the client.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and hiring managers, provide practical market insight, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth, professional delivery experience that drives repeat business.

Talent pool development

  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future vacancies.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with candidates and create a reliable pipeline of qualified professionals across target markets.
  • Ensure candidate and talent pool data is well maintained within the CRM.

Market intelligence

  • Stay informed on labour market trends, salary benchmarks, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.
  • Use this insight to strengthen client conversations, improve recruitment strategy, and position Lumenii’s recruitment offering more effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment agency.
  • Strong track record in business development, recruitment sales, and client-facing recruitment delivery.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field will be beneficial.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems.

  • Experience in utilising assessments in the recruitment space.
