Netlink Voice is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will spearhead the complete recruitment process across Netlink Voice and its subsidiaries, focusing on attracting, screening, and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across Netlink Voice and its affiliated brands.
  • Proactively hunt for candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Thoroughly review resumes and perform initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of staffing requirements, role specifics, and team dynamics.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on both technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines effectively and maintain meticulous records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
  • Support hiring across multiple departments including sales, engineering, operations, and support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (either in agency or in-house settings).
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple open roles at once.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
