Nordwand Group AG is a recruiting boutique with a very experienced team in the heart of Zurich. We want to further strengthen this team and are therefore looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

You enjoy winning new clients and building a customer base. You skillfully use your communication skills, are service-oriented, and offer your clients optimal solutions. You support the entire recruitment process from the first contact to completion. You will contact potential candidates, conduct interviews, and present a high-quality selection of interested applicants to your clients.

What you bring with you:

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Sales
• Experience in IT or Finance recruitment OR in another area but with an interest in establishing yourself in Finance or IT recruitment
• Fluent German and English

We are an uncomplicated team that you can integrate into very quickly. Fun is just as important to us as hard work. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can motivate themselves, is helpful and quick-witted, and can also take and give a joke.
