We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team!
As a Recruitment Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen, you will play a vital role in managing high-volume phone screenings of applicants for diverse roles. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong interpersonal skills, and excel at evaluating candidates for their qualifications, we want to hear from you! You will use a structured methodology to ensure every candidate interaction is consistent and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings to identify candidates for various marketing positions.
- Follow a structured, scripted approach to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Analyze candidate responses to uncover key competencies and potential for success, ensuring every interviewee is well-suited for the position.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all candidate interactions within ICIMs, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate the company's brand and job requirements effectively to attract potential candidates.
- Balance screening calls with administrative tasks, such as data entry and real-time candidate status updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine screening processes and gain a clear understanding of role requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in phone-based roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Strong multitasking abilities, efficiently managing a high volume of calls and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with ICIMs (ATS) or similar platforms.
- Aptitude for assessing candidates effectively and interpreting their responses.
- Comfortable adhering to a structured approach while being adaptable based on candidate interactions.
- High professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Preferred experience recruiting for non-traditional or specialized marketing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
