THE ROLE
The Recruitment Specialist leads full-cycle hiring activities, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and secure top talent. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation, as well as building sustainable talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
Qualifications Needed
Education, Certifications and Licenses
- College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field AND several years of experience in human resources management, recruitment & selection, or a related field
Experience
- In planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment and selection services
- In applying policies, procedures and regulations
- In working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- In tracking, screening, and maintaining records
- In designing, developing, populating, and maintaining databases
- In preparing correspondence and reports
- In compiling data
- In planning and conducting presentations
Competencies
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
Language Requirements
- Bilingual (English and French) Essential
- Reading: Advanced
- Writing: Functional
- Oral: Advanced

Other Information
This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
