Your Daily Business

• You advise our clients (candidates and corporate clients) in the search for a new job and/or in filling vacancies.
• Be our specialist for a strategic branch at Brownian Motion Consulting GmbH
• You help with the preparation and coordination of candidate processes
• You help establish and expand our services in a specific market segment
• You independently coordinate personnel management processes in conjunction with recruiting for our clients
• You contribute your ideas and can actively participate in optimizing our recruiting processes
• You conduct screening, qualification, and interview processes with candidates

What You Should Bring

• You ideally have an academic degree relevant to human resources.
• You have professional experience (not a must).
• You are motivated to shape a company, build something, and help shape the company culture
• You are interested in people, communication, and talent acquisition
• You work in a structured, careful, and self-reliant manner
• You are willing to learn and want to develop further. Teamwork and communication are your thing
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
