  • Source and screen potential IT candidates for both contract and permanent positions.

  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
  • The agility to fully leverage technological tools and processes to deliver productive results.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in both French and English.

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid work environment (2 days per week in-office).
  • Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus plan.
  • Wellness spending account and an ergonomic reimbursement program for your home office.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation in your first year.
  • A fast-paced atmosphere where every day is different and challenges are varied.
  • The opportunity to grow within an authentic, supportive, and expanding organization.
  • A collaborative and participative leadership style.
  • Top-tier recognition: Randstad has been named one of the "Best Workplaces in Canada" by Great Place to Work® for over 10 consecutive years, and one of the "Best Workplaces for Women."

Our organization is across Canada and in 38 countries.

As detailed in the job description, this job involves communicating, both verbally and in writing, with other Randstad teams located across Canada and with our international clients and partners. [Indeed, international customers and partners represent the major part of our activities]. Based on an evaluation, we have determined that the duties of the IT Recruiter position require knowledge of English in addition to French (oral and written). We also determined that the English language skills already required of other employees do not permit the performance of English language skills tasks related to the IT Recruiter position. However, Randstad limits as much as possible the number of positions for which knowledge of another language is required to ensure the effective accomplishment of its mission.

Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada. As a result, we are committed to developing and implementing strategies to increase the equity, diversity and inclusion within the workplace by examining our internal policies, practices, and systems throughout the entire lifecycle of our workforce, including its recruitment, retention and advancement for all employees. In addition to our deep commitment to respecting human rights, we are dedicated to positive actions to affect change to ensure everyone has full participation in the workforce free from any barriers, systemic or otherwise, especially equity-seeking groups who are usually underrepresented in Canada's workforce, including those who identify as women or non-binary/gender non-conforming; Indigenous or Aboriginal Peoples; persons with disabilities (visible or invisible) and; members of visible minorities, racialized groups and the LGBTQ2+ community.

Randstad Canada is committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace for all its candidates and employees by supporting their accessibility and accommodation needs throughout the employment lifecycle. We ask that all job applications please identify any accommodation requirements by sending an email to accessibility@randstad.ca to ensure their ability to fully participate in the interview process.
