The advertised position is limited until 09/30/2028 and is to be filled at least part-time with 50%.

Responsibilities

• You act as a sparring partner for our specialist departments in the area of recruiting and support them with your know-how in filling vacancies quickly and precisely.
• You also support the implementation of recruiting projects and the further development of our recruiting processes.
• You support the development and implementation of personnel marketing concepts and recruiting campaigns – from trade fair appearances and managing our career page to content creation and extensive online campaigns.
• In doing so, you conceptualize measures, activities, and campaigns to increase visibility, position us as an attractive employer, and strengthen our employer brand.
• You develop measures and concepts for employee retention and design attractive benefits.
• In both recruiting and personnel marketing, you continuously analyze the success and effectiveness of the chosen measures using common key figures.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources and/or personnel marketing or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in recruiting and/or personnel marketing.
• You convince with a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a high degree of service orientation.
• You work carefully and precisely, always keeping the big picture in mind.
• You react flexibly to new requirements and adapt your working methods accordingly.
• You value collaboration at eye level, are enthusiastic about innovative recruiting solutions, and bring creativity and initiative to proactively drive these topics forward.
