Refrigeration AC Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of all refrigeration personnel. This includes blast freezers, storage freezers, chiller facilities, industrial ice making, industrial AC and Air Handling units, refrigerated containers and house-old refrigeration.
• The refrigeration manager is required to effectively manage refrigeration personnel, procurement, planning and R&M schedules for all refrigeration equipment at all sites.
• The manager is also required to lead the design, development and implementation of refrigeration-based capex projects as required.

Qualifications

• Licensed refrigeration mechanic or engineer with a graduate degree, diploma or trade certificate in
• Must have at least 5 years of hands-on work experience in industrial
• At least 5 years work experience in a management role, preferrably in food processing or
• Good command of the English language and a willingness to learn the local language
• A mature, responsible and energetic character with the ability to solve issues systematically
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective management skills and a team
• Required to organise, lead and motivate the maintenance team to perform at their best.
• Can work in a multi cultural work environment
• Prepared to work and live in a rural environment
