Role and Responsibilities of Regional Account Executive:
You will be responsible for managing regional accounts, developing new business opportunities, and increasing revenue through strategic customer engagement and solution-based selling. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions that meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of regional middle-market accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and business reviews
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, billing, and finance teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and submit pricing proposals, quotes, and customized logistics solutions
- Analyze customer shipping data to create cost-effective and efficient solutions
- Maintain CRM systems by updating sales activities, pipelines, and customer records
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Required Skills and Experience of Regional Account Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry
- Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or shipping industry operations
- Understanding of competitive market analysis and sales strategy development
- Familiarity with USPS or carrier service systems
Compensation and Benefits of Regional Account Executive:
- Annual salary range: $62,280.00 – $93,360.00
