Role and Responsibilities of Regional Account Executive:

You will be responsible for managing regional accounts, developing new business opportunities, and increasing revenue through strategic customer engagement and solution-based selling. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions that meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of regional middle-market accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and business reviews
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, billing, and finance teams to resolve customer issues

Required Skills and Experience of Regional Account Executive:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits of Regional Account Executive:

  • Annual salary range: $62,280.00 – $93,360.00
