As a Regional Account Executive in Bernau bei Berlin, you will be responsible for the support and development of customer relationships in the surrounding area of Berlin. You will serve small and medium-sized businesses as well as craft businesses in the region and contribute to strengthening local business relationships.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks include:
- Supporting a regional customer base from the craft and SME sector
- Acquiring new customers in the Berlin surrounding area
- Creating and presenting individual offers
- Conducting customer discussions and contract negotiations
- Analyzing customer needs and developing suitable solution proposals for regional companies
- Participating in local business meetings and networking events
- Monitoring regional market trends
- Assisting in the organization of customer events
- Helping with the creation of regional marketing measures
- Maintaining the customer database
- Creating regular reports on sales activities in the region
Requirements
You have:
- A commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics.
- Initial professional experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
- Very good communication skills.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ideally, knowledge of the regional economic structure in the Berlin surrounding area.
- A driver's license class B and the willingness to undertake regional business trips are prerequisites.

Working Hours
20-30 hours per week, flexibly divisible between Monday and Friday, regular field service assignments in the region.
Summary
We offer you fair compensation of €17.80 per hour with additional success commissions for new customer acquisition. You will receive flexible working hours, a company tablet, and the possibility of partial home office.
