Regional Account Manager (F/H) – Solutions Manufacturing

Your Future Missions

  • Prospect and develop new industrial clients in French-speaking Switzerland, leveraging the CRM, marketing actions, and your own network.
  • Understand and analyze clients' business challenges (product design, document management, traceability, quality, after-sales service) and transform them into concrete commercial opportunities.
  • Qualify projects by identifying decision-makers, impacted processes, budget, timeline, and client's strategic priorities.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions (CFAO, APS, MES and GED, Quality, After-Sales Service) with a consulting approach, focused on added value and ROI.
  • Build tailor-made offers in collaboration with pre-sales consultants and technical experts, ensuring their technical and financial relevance.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, offer development, negotiation, contracting, and handover to project teams.
  • Develop and retain the existing portfolio by identifying growth, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
  • This is a mobile position requiring 80% travel within the French-speaking Switzerland region.

Your Assets for this Role

  • Confirmed commercial experience (minimum 2 years) in selling software or technical solutions to B2B clients, ideally in the industrial sector.
  • Good understanding of operational planning, quality, and production services and their challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with self-discipline and rigor in daily task management (prospecting, follow-up, reporting).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: you have strong relational skills, ease of communication, and you are appreciated by your contacts through your listening skills and professionalism.
  • Knowledge or experience with PDM, PLM, APS, MES, QMS, GED software, quality or after-sales service solutions: a major asset.
  • Native French speaker, fluent English.
  • To successfully carry out your mission, you must hold a category B driver's license.
