Job Description
Lead capital sales initiatives across Southern and East Africa, promoting advanced heat transfer solutions. Build and manage key accounts, generate leads, convert opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Engage with customers and industry leaders onsite and virtually, develop tailored quotes, mentor regional sales teams, and use CRM tools to track performance, optimize efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering qualification preferred; relevant process industry sales experience also considered.
- 5–10 years sales experience in process industries or 10+ years in value-based selling.
- Proven track record in capital sales, key account management, and business growth.
- Strong networking, influencing, and customer relationship skills across Southern/East Africa.
- Knowledge of mining, HVAC, or cooling/ventilation systems advantageous.
