To strengthen our global recruiting team, we are looking for a Regional Lead Recruiting Operations EMEA (f/m/d) to drive recruiting operations and lead regional recruiting teams as part of our global recruiting organization.

Reporting to the Global Lead Recruiting Operations, this role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized recruiting delivery while staying close to regional business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Recruiting Operations & Leadership

  • Lead and develop a regional team of recruiters, ensuring reliable service delivery, clear accountability, and strong team engagement.

Recruitment Execution

  • Own the regional execution of GEA’s recruiting, ensuring standardized processes, role clarity, and continuous improvement in line with global guidelines.

Performance & Service Management

  • Monitor and manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and service quality, proactively identifying improvement opportunities to increase speed and effectiveness.

Process & Change Management

  • Drive regional implementation of new recruiting processes, systems, and tools, actively supporting change initiatives and engaging teams throughout transformation phases.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and People colleagues to understand workforce needs and deliver pragmatic, business-focused recruiting solutions.

Market & Vendor Collaboration

  • Collaborate with regional recruiting vendors and contribute to local labor market insights, sourcing ideas, and best practices to the global Recruiting organization.

Your Profile and Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in an industrial, technology, or international environment
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating recruiters
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in standardized or high-volume recruiting setups
  • Experience in driving process improvements and change initiatives within recruiting organizations
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting systems and data-driven performance management
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and confidence in working with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
