Job Summary

• The person in this position is responsible for driving retail outlet expansion, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
• Oversees implementation of operational systems, regulatory compliance, and property acquisition processes while maintaining preventive maintenance standards.
• Also focuses on cost optimization and driving Non-Fuel Retail NFR initiatives to support overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion of retail outlets
• Achieve sales target on all products
• Generate new leads
• Ensure complete client onboarding within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure all pending Regulatory Approvals are resolved
• Ensure complete property acquisitions with accurate procedures.
• Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule
• Drive cost saving NFR initiative
• Increase market share through regular sales efforts
