Lead territory performance across revenue growth, profitability, retention, and operational delivery
Develop and execute the Queensland territory strategy, aligning local priorities with national business objectives
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across healthcare organisations
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across biomedical and healthcare technology services
Lead and mentor a team of service engineers located across client hospital sites and offices in Brisbane and Townsville
Drive a strong performance culture through practical coaching, accountability, and collaboration
Ensure high standards of technical service delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
Demonstrated success leading territory growth, operational performance, and technical service delivery within healthcare technology, biomedical engineering, or a related technical services environment
Formal qualifications in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage sales pipelines and deliver accurate forecasting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence interacting at all organisational levels, including executive and C‑suite stakeholders
The ability to engage technical audiences and communicate effectively around biomedical equipment, engineering services, and healthcare technology solutions
A collaborative, values‑driven leadership style suited to healthcare environments
Strong understanding of the Queensland healthcare landscape and established local relationships
An unrestricted Queensland Driver Licence
