Regional Product Manager – Specialty Materials (Americas)

Korn Ferry has partnered with a global, multi-billion-dollar chemical and materials leader to identify a Regional Product Manager supporting its Specialty Materials business across the Americas.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, commercial execution, and cross-functional leadership, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability across a complex portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Drive regional growth through pipeline development, commercialization, and market expansion
• Partner with sales leadership to shape market priorities and go-to-market strategy
• Lead product portfolio management, including lifecycle, mix optimization, and rationalization
• Translate global strategy into regional execution aligned to market dynamics
• Support pricing and margin initiatives to improve profitability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Engage with customers to support application development and opportunity validation

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or commercial roles within chemicals, polymers, or advanced materials
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in application/value-based selling
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Experience supporting new product development and commercialization
• Exposure to industries such as automotive (EV), electronics, consumer, or medical preferred
