About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Recruiter based in Sunnyvale to support Alibaba Cloud’s international talent acquisition initiatives. This role will focus on recruiting talent for technical and operational positions across the United States and other international markets.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with internal stakeholders to identify top talent, improve hiring processes, and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification assessment, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Identify bottlenecks in recruitment workflows and propose improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles, with a focus on positions based in the United States.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, recruitment platforms, and innovative sourcing tools, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Monitor talent market trends and assist recruitment leadership in conducting industry and talent market analysis.
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports and insights based on candidate interviews and market research.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including coordinating recruiting events, technical talks, and employee referral programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably within technology-related industries.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Demonstrated ability to implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders in China.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for cloud computing, data center, or technical infrastructure roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and improve recruitment processes.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and client service capabilities.
