Job Summary
Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Regional Recruitment Manager. This position is responsible for leading the strategic talent acquisition efforts for the Southwest Healthcare region. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. The Manager oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensures alignment with corporate and regional goals, and serves as a strategic partner to regional and hospital/facility leadership to meet current and future staffing needs. Duties include but not limited to:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional recruitment plans that align with organizational growth objectives and workforce needs.
- Full-Cycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient time-to-fill metrics.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to regional recruitment team, ensuring best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Data Analysis: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal EEO guidelines.
- Requires travel to facilities within the SoCal region, with overnight stays as needed.
Qualifications
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of advanced high-volume recruitment experience for multi‑sites and/or large organization required. Acute care experience preferred.
- At least Two (2) years in a supervisor capacity required.
- Expert‑level experience with iCIMS for applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.
- Some proficiency for HRIS functions, position management, and onboarding workflows.
Certifications/Licenses
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP certification preferred.
- Current CA Driver's license required.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrates compliance with hospital policies and procedures at all times.
- Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public.
- Must have knowledge of PC and applications.
- Function as the primary iCIMS SME, overseeing best practices to ensure peak recruitment efficiency.
