About the role
Company Overview
A leading industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its team in the GTA.
This role is focused on new business growth and market development, offering the opportunity to join a highly successful international business and make a meaningful impact in a growth territory. With innovative products, substantial market runway and a growing Canadian focus, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with both autonomy and long-term upside.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, onboarding clients and growing existing relationships, including:
- Achieving growth targets and securing new clients within the assigned territory
- Expanding existing accounts while developing new markets
- Communicating the company’s value proposition to prospects and key influencers
- Managing territory activity effectively, including timely and accurate Salesforce reporting
- Partnering with sales, engineering, marketing and inside sales to support business development and onboarding
- Leveraging product knowledge to identify and develop new opportunities
- Applying pricing strategies to support profitability
- Working closely with technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Representing the company in the market, building relationships and attending key industry events

- Strong new business development capabilities balanced with proven account management skills
- Understanding of a systems selling model (machinery, consumables, technical service and parts)
Why Join
- High degree of autonomy and flexibility – This is a role with real freedom to manage your territory and schedule in a way that works best for you, without heavy micromanagement.
- Sell innovative solutions with a competitive edge – The company offers a broad range of machinery and products, including newer equipment entering the North American market, giving you a differentiated product offering in front of customers.
- Strong runway to ramp up successfully – With no rigid sales targets currently established for Canada, there is an opportunity to get established, build momentum, and shape the market before formal targets are introduced.
- Greenfield growth opportunity – This is more than a territory management role; it’s an opportunity to help grow the Canadian market. While the business has historically supported U.S. clients with Canadian operations, they are now making a dedicated investment to expand and win new Canadian customers.
- Opportunity to diversify into multiple industries – While the business has a strong foothold in the corrugated industry, there are plans to expand into food & beverage, agriculture, lumber, and construction, creating significant growth potential and variety.
- Ability to make a real impact – The field is wide open for someone entrepreneurial who wants to help shape strategy, develop business across Ontario and Quebec, and leave a visible mark on the organization.
- Career growth beyond the sales role – As the business grows and the team evolves, there is potential to help bring structure to the function and potentially step into leadership, including building out a team over time.
- Join during an exciting stage of growth – The company is in a growth and evolution phase, making this an appealing opportunity for someone who wants more than just a “maintain the territory” sales role.
