HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT The main mission of the Regional Senior Product Manager - Watches is to manage the strategy and execution of strategic lines within the Watches category, with the support of Reginal Marketing Manager, to enhance with goal to drive performance and growth of business, and lead successful launch of new products, all while acting as the primary expert on market trends and competition.In this role, he/she will collaborate closely with supply, client, commercial and communication teams.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONRegional Senior Product Manager - Watches Will Assist The Regional Watches Marketing Manager In MEIAT Region, And Support All Markets As FollowsCONTRIBUTE TO DEFINITION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN AND ACTIONSBuild full business diagnostic on watch category and strategic lines: commercial, clients and imageCollaborate with markets to adapt maison global strategies to regional needs and prioritiesSupport Marketing Manager in the definition of 3-year strategic planPropose & track sales budget for dedicated Watch collections.ANIMATE PRODUCT CATEGORY AND DRIVE PERFORMANCES Provide monthly business analysis and deliver key insights to pilot the categoryCollaborate with regional markets to gather insights on performanceIdentify risks and opportunities and mobilise resources to address themProvide monthly product priorities to Communication / Clients / VM & Commercial teamDefine product priorities for all events / media campaign / CRM campaign / Content creation etc.Collaborate with all stakeholders to implement strategic actions to boost performancesCollaborate with supply team to define and revise assortment, network strategy and track stock rotation.NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES GO TO MARKET & MERCHANDISING STRATEGY Refine launch scenarios (network, phasing, sales potential) for responsible collectionsDefine sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with supply, commercial and marketsCollaborate with stakeholders to define comprehensive launch plan to maximize performancesSupport markets in launch plan implementationCreate tools to support novelties launches: Product News, catalogues, mappings, trainingsFollow up performances, target and qualitative feedback.REFERENCE OF CATEGORY, MASTERING COMPETITION & MARKET ENVIRONMENTCapture market & industry insights (economy, demographics, technology)Identify key competitors and understand their strategy (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, etc.)Prepare reports and set up sharing instances with markets and management.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH USFifth-year college or university certificate in Business / Marketing.At least 7-8 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally in the Middle East region.Strong knowledge in business analysis, merchandising, portfolio management.Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written/verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skillsGood organizational skills, ability to multitask, and to work on short deadlinesCurious with a growth mindset, willing to challenge status quo and to propose new ideasHighly collaborative, who enjoys interacting with multiple expertiseA strategic thinker, who can analyse trends and articulate a visionSense of aesthetics / Creative and innovative spiritFluent in spoken and written English mandatory (Arabic is a plus).What Do We OfferAt Cartier, we are proud to employ talents from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Requirements

  • Fifth-year college or university certificate in Business / Marketing
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally in the Middle East region
  • Strong knowledge in business analysis, merchandising, portfolio management
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written/verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and to work on short deadlines
