Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them. Their duties include regularly meeting quotas, goals and other forms of client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client.

An Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. An Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.

Job Requirements

Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
  • More than 7 years of complex IT managed services and solutions, which includes consulting and strategy services
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate

Compensation

  • $150-250K OTE based on experience and qualifications
