Registered Behaviour Analyst

About the Role

We're a growing multidisciplinary team delivering individualized ABA services to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. We're looking for a clinically confident, solutions-oriented RBA/BCBA to join us on a freelance/contract basis, with caseload openings available on weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and support ABA therapists and interventionists
• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust client programming
• Deliver parent coaching to support generalization across home and community settings
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with CPBAO standards and privacy legislation

What We're Looking For

• BCBA certification/RBA registration with CPBAO in good standing
• Registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) as a qualified provider
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with children/youth with ASD or related developmental needs
• Proficiency with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and/or EFL assessment tools
• Experience conducting Functional Analyses and Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA
