Your Responsibilities

- You reconcile deposits with balance sheet items, ensure data quality and consistency through analysis, and ensure our reports to national and European supervisory authorities are timely and accurate.
- You analyze data, requirements, and processes in depth, check quality, consistency, and conformity, and understand our reporting system holistically.
- Based on this, you work in the backend and in the DWH and BI environment with SQL and ETL, conceptualize and implement requirements, and ensure correct implementation with test cases, including in BAIS.
- You actively shape processes, work with user stories, and take responsibility in business and IT projects.
- You also maintain an overview during operations: You support incident and change processes, evaluate releases, and reliably accompany deployments.
- And you always think ahead, optimize and automate workflows, and ensure transparent, efficient reporting processes.

- Degree with an IT focus, in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar, or a comparable apprenticeship/qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in Regulatory Reporting, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
- Very good IT, ETL, and SQL know-how, as well as strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Knowledge of report creation and relevant regulatory reports (deposit insurance, bank levy, LDR, MREL), relevant national and European regulations, and corresponding software solutions (e.g., BAIS).
- Structured, conceptual, customer- and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience in agile working.
- Communication skills, empathy, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions.
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
Benefits
