Release Engineer / Release Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Release Engineer / Release Manager to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. The team is currently managing both classic and modern platforms, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and governing multiple enterprise-wide releases across mission-critical environments.

This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of release cycles in a high-transaction ecosystem.

Must Have

• 10+ years of Release Management experience
• Experience working in large-scale, mission-critical/high transaction environments
• Strong AWS knowledge
• Mainframe platform experience
• CI/CD pipeline understanding
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling multiple enterprise releases annually
• Release governance and environment management expertise
• Hands-on experience with JIRA / qTest / ALM
