Release Manager/Project Manager - Development (f/m/d)

About

We are looking for a Release Manager/Project Manager – Development (f/m/d) within the Technology & Engineering unit of the Sovereign Cloud Platform team in the Product Engineering board area. In this role you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases across various platforms. You will work closely with engineering teams, quality assurance, operations, and other stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the consistency of product delivery according to the release schedules.

You will be accountable for the success, quality, security, reliability, and delivery of products, product groups, or complex projects throughout the entire product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio. You will ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement of processes used in multiple areas for the Technology and Engineering team and will be responsible for building strong interaction across organizational boundaries.

You will build relationships across organizational or functional boundaries, and create programs and processes to solve them within the context of engineering. From a Release Management perspective, you will set up and moderate meetings, manage release timelines, track delivery readiness status, and help keep stakeholders accountable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across various platforms.

Requirements

• Willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process and hold nationality of an EU, NATO, or Five Eyes country.
• Self‑starter, communicative, and highly engaged individual.
• Ability to create project structure and maintain close engagement with stakeholders.

Benefits

• Targeted combined compensation range: $109,100 – $185,500 USD (annualized, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target).
