Role: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Client: Fannie Mae

Duration: Long Term Contract

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile Framework
• Expertise in PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Agile Delivery
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Strong coordination with Product Owners, PMO, and stakeholders
• Experience with Jira / Rally / Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
• Manage Agile Release Train (ART) activities
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and ART sync meetings
• Track features, epics, dependencies, and risks
• Support Agile execution alignment with business goals
• Facilitate ART demos and stakeholder communication
