Reliability Engineering Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to support a chemical manufacturer client in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Reliability Engineering activities including (but not limited to):
  • Identification, Design, and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades
  • Identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues
  • Coordination of Predictive Maintenance activities
  • Planning and coordination of plant shutdown maintenance repairs including direct supervision of contract maintenance crews
  • Identification and tracking of equipment criticality and critical spare parts
  • Develop/revise written mechanical maintenance procedures
  • Analyze and improvement of site precision maintenance techniques
  • Spearhead and be responsible for the site’s Spare Parts Program and ensure the appropriate strategy is in place along with being accountable for the Store Room budget and organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (minimum B.S.)
• 7 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
• 3 years of management experience
• Ability to run RCAs, control/improve MTTF & MTTR

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience running co-op programs
• Strong electrical background
• Spare parts strategies experience

Salary

Yearly Salary: $150,000-$190,000
