Responsibilities
- Drive health and safety performance standards
- Perform root cause analyses on mechanical incidents
- Implement the Maintenance Management System (MMS)
- Support operations with computerized maintenance systems
- Collaborate on improvement audits and spare parts management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7 to 10 years in plant maintenance, preferably cement
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and systems
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools required
- Excellent computer skills, especially SAP
