About the role

As a Reliability & methods engineer/ Fiabiliste Métrologie within our Manufacturing & Supply team, you will optimize the productivity of the metrology team by analyzing calibration data, leading continuous improvement projects, and ensuring the site's metrological standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Guardian of metrological standards within the PCU (calibration procedures, qualification plans, instrument fleet management, role cards)
  • Collects and analyzes performance data to define PCU priorities and feed associated meetings
  • Defines and leads continuous improvement projects in line with site objectives
  • Manages calibration programs: monitors out-of-tolerance instrument rates, conducts investigations, identifies root causes, and revises calibration plans (at least annually)
  • Optimizes calibration frequencies and minimizes losses associated with calibration deviations (Deviations, Equipment Availability...)
  • Contributes to Level 2 improvement projects and supports the Calibration & Metrology Lead function
  • Participates in measurement instrument reliability analyses in support of the Reliability Engineer and feeds the LTAP
  • Trains and coaches teams on good metrological practices and problem-solving

About You

Experience:

  • Solid experience in Metrology within a pharmaceutical industrial context
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and calibration project management.
  • Experience in managing audits and inspections is appreciated.

Technical Skills:

  • Mastery of metrology and periodic requalification processes.
  • Mastery of Lean and continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP and quality tools is appreciated.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Autonomy and strong ability to engage teams in change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and resilient in the face of resistance.

Education:

  • Master's degree (Engineering) or technical diploma with significant experience in industrial metrology.
