Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This is a fully remote, commission-based role with significant earning potential for high performers. As a Remote Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and nurturing client relationships. You will leverage a variety of digital tools and communication platforms to connect with prospective clients across Nigeria and potentially beyond. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a deep understanding of sales strategies and CRM software. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently in a remote setting, and possess a strong drive to exceed sales targets. You will be expected to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and prepare compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs. A proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new business, is essential. Experience with B2B sales is highly advantageous. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition. Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong understanding of sales methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with extensive experience.
