About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing company in the promotional products and corporate merchandise space, providing customized branded goods to businesses and individuals. They operate in a high-volume, relationship-driven sales environment, serving both small clients and large enterprise organizations. Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for converting warm leads and reactivating dormant accounts into consistent revenue streams. This role exists to capture significant untapped sales opportunities from an existing pipeline of inbound demand and past customers.

You will manage a large book of business, own the full sales cycle, and proactively pitch creative product solutions to clients who may not yet know what they need. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment best suited for candidates who are motivated by commission, thrive on volume, and take full ownership of their pipeline and results.

Your Impact

You will directly contribute to revenue growth by converting existing demand into closed deals and long-term client relationships. Your ability to consistently follow up, manage accounts, and introduce new product ideas will drive repeat purchases and client retention.

Success in this role means increasing conversion rates, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding account value through upselling and cross-selling. You will play a key role in improving sales efficiency, maintaining pipeline visibility, and contributing to overall business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Account Reactivation & Warm Lead Conversion – 35%

  • Re-engage past customers and convert dormant accounts into active buyers
  • Manage and convert inbound leads into confirmed orders
  • Execute consistent follow-ups across calls and email
  • Identify upsell opportunities during every client interaction

Account Growth & Relationship Management – 30%

  • Manage a large book of business with ongoing engagement
  • Proactively suggest product ideas, event-based merchandise, and seasonal campaigns
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders within client organizations
  • Ensure repeat business and prevent account churn

Product Knowledge, Quoting & Order Management – 20%

  • Learn and navigate SKU-based product catalogs and ordering systems
  • Create accurate quotes, pricing, and order details
  • Coordinate with suppliers on product availability and customization
  • Manage order lifecycle with high attention to detail

CRM & Pipeline Management – 10%

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
  • Track all activities, follow-ups, and opportunities
  • Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy
  • Log communication activity consistently

Sales Performance & Targets – 5%

  • Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
  • Complete onboarding and required certifications
  • Contribute ideas to drive larger enterprise deals

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hard goods, retail, or physical product sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage high-volume accounts
