About the role
Our client, a leading provider of innovative tech solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This is a fully remote, client-facing role where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You will work remotely from your home office, primarily focusing on the Nigerian market, with potential for broader regional engagement.
Responsibilities: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding established sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor information to identify opportunities for growth. Manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system, providing accurate forecasts and status updates. Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and industry webinars to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet is essential.
