Remote AI Engineer

Join our team as a Senior AI Engineer, where we're focused on graduating AI from interesting demos to indispensable products. This is a role for engineers who have already shipped AI into production and want to own the hardest problems: building AI tools that are trusted to make critical decisions. Architect and Build AI-Enabled Products: Own the technical direction of products built on LLMs and foundation models. High-Performance Search and RAG: Architect, build, and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Own Evaluation Frameworks: Design and own robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms. ~ Deep expertise in one or more of: distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering. ~ Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end, from system design through production deployment and iteration. ~ Modern Python microservices with FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration, powering enterprise-scale AI agent execution with gRPC inter-service communication and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming. ~ AI Agent Stack: Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS, building sophisticated AI agent orchestration with tool coordination, vector search, and real-time data processing. ~ Demonstrated experience shipping agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases in production.
