Responsibilities: Conduct advanced research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. Design, develop, and implement novel AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems. Experiment with various AI techniques, including but not limited to, neural networks, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and train sophisticated AI models. Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code for AI research prototypes and production systems. Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends in AI and ML. Collaborate with a global team of researchers and engineers to define research objectives and project roadmaps. Publish research findings in leading academic conferences and journals. Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstrate the viability of new AI technologies. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Contribute to the intellectual property development of the company through patents and publications. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning. Present research progress and findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Work on challenging, open-ended research problems that require creative solutions. Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI research group. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Proven track record of research in AI/ML, demonstrated through publications, patents, or significant contributions to open-source projects. Deep understanding of fundamental ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI research, such as Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks. Strong mathematical and statistical background. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and lead research initiatives in a remote environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex ideas. Experience in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, or Recommender Systems is a strong plus. Ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
