Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Remote Apprenticeship Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee their comprehensive apprenticeship initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage programs from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, HR, or education, with a proven ability to build and manage successful apprenticeship programs that cater to diverse skill sets and industries. You will be responsible for everything from curriculum development and partner liaison to participant recruitment and success monitoring. Your role will be critical in bridging the skills gap and fostering talent pipelines within the organization and for its partners.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the apprenticeship program, aligning with organizational goals and industry needs. Design and refine apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares apprentices for success. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apprentices, collaborating with HR and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and training providers. Manage the day-to-day operations of the apprenticeship program, including scheduling, logistics, and participant support. Develop and implement a robust system for monitoring apprentice progress, performance, and completion rates. Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices throughout their program journey. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing apprenticeship programs. Create and manage program budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance. Develop marketing and communication materials to promote the apprenticeship program to potential candidates and stakeholders. Gather feedback from apprentices, mentors, and managers to continuously improve program effectiveness. Organize and facilitate virtual onboarding, training sessions, and networking events for apprentices. Prepare regular reports on program metrics, outcomes, and impact for senior leadership. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in apprenticeship and workforce development. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, talent development, or a related field, with specific experience in designing or managing apprenticeship programs, is required. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders is a must. Experience working in a remote setting and managing distributed teams is highly desirable. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS is expected.
