Key Responsibilities: Design and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA system software. Integrate robotic systems and vision inspection equipment. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and maintenance. Develop and execute test plans for automation projects. Create and maintain technical documentation, including control logic, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Stay abreast of new automation technologies and best practices. Provide remote support and training to plant personnel. Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations through automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial automation engineering. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Omron). Experience with HMI/SCADA software development and configuration. Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet). Familiarity with robotics programming and integration. Strong understanding of control systems theory and application. Experience with troubleshooting complex automation issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
