Remote | Backend Engineer Talent Network — Up to $150/hr

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced Backend Engineers to join an expert network supporting projects with leading AI research laboratories and technology companies.

This is an open application to join a Backend Engineering talent network. Once accepted, experts are matched with relevant contract projects where they contribute domain expertise to improve advanced AI systems and backend development tools.

Selected professionals will help train and evaluate AI models, create real-world backend engineering tasks, and provide expert feedback that improves the reliability and performance of AI systems used in modern software development.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

AI Model Training & Evaluation

Strong candidates may have:
