About the role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join their fully remote team. This position is critical in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our services and achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another major language (specify if known, otherwise leave general) and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, ultimately driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale. Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of our services. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions with clients. Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of our services and drive upsell/cross-sell revenue. Monitor client health and proactively address any potential issues or churn risks. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to advocate for client needs and resolve issues. Provide product expertise and training to clients, ensuring they leverage our solutions effectively. Gather client feedback and communicate it to product and marketing teams for service improvement. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Track and report on key customer success metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and growth. Create and update client success documentation and resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. Fluency in English and at least one other major language (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese - specify if applicable, otherwise state 'major language'). Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer outcomes. Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment. Experience in SaaS or technology industries is highly preferred.
