About the Role:

We are in search of a meticulous Business Analyst to aid in the evaluation and annotation workflows with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and structured reasoning. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working with digital tools, conducting side-by-side evaluations, and delivering clear, justified assessments based on thorough fact-checking.

Responsibilities: • Carry out side-by-side (SxS) evaluations on GHD, assessing quality, accuracy, and relevance of outputs. • Engage in fact-checking to confirm information and pinpoint inconsistencies. • Provide detailed and structured justifications to support evaluation decisions. • Adhere consistently to established evaluation guidelines and quality standards. • Utilize browser-based tools and extensions effectively to aid analysis and review tasks. • Execute basic command-line commands as needed to facilitate evaluation workflows. • Document findings clearly and communicate insights to stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements: • Proficient in using a computer in a professional capacity. • Experience in working with browser extensions and online tools. • Able to run basic command-line commands (advanced programming skills not required). • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to justify decisions objectively. • Comfortable with evaluation frameworks, comparisons, and structured analysis. • Good written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have: • Previous experience in evaluation, annotation, QA, or audit-related tasks. • Familiarity with data quality, content evaluation, or assessment of models/outputs. • A background in business analysis, operations, or process enhancement.
