Business Analyst / Rollout Expert

About

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Rollout Expert for an international project in the Manufacturing / Energy sector. The role focuses on the rollout of a Tool & Equipment Management solution for industrial service processes.

• This is a global role, mainly remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Europe, especially in Germany, for interviews or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from service processes across various country organisations
• Consolidate requirements from multiple international stakeholders
• Support the internal project manager during the rollout
• Assist with vendor management, communication and coordination
• Support change management activities related to the implementation
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with business units and country organisations
• Translate business requirements into clear IT- and rollout-related work packages
• Support the implementation of a Tool & Equipment Management solution in a complex international environment

Requirements

• Strong know-how in industrial service processes within large multinational organisations
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Rollout Expert, IT Project Manager or in a comparable role
• Proven experience in large and complex IT/application rollout projects
• Good understanding of service processes, equipment management, tool management or field-service-related processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, consolidation and stakeholder alignment
• Experience working with internal project managers, business stakeholders and external software or implementation partners
• Business fluent English, written and spoken
• Structured, independent and communicative working style
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, especially to Germany
