Client Success Manager

About Us

Diamond Equity AI is a social media marketing agency specializing in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. We're hiring a Client Success Manager to be the face of our agency for new and existing clients.

The Role

You'll own the client-facing relationship from day one. That means:

• Running onboarding and launch calls with new clients
• Walking clients through granting access to their Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, and pages, and confirming everything is set up correctly
• Hosting recurring check-in calls to review performance, answer questions, and keep clients engaged
• Handling difficult conversations with composure, pushback on results, scope, expectations, etc.
• Acting as the bridge between clients and our internal media buying team

Requirements

• Full-time availability on Eastern Time (EST) hours
• Clear, easily understood spoken English and strong written communication
• Comfortable on camera , reliable webcam, quiet professional background, presentable on video
• Strong emotional intelligence; able to de-escalate and steer tough conversations
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Organized, punctual, and able to manage a calendar of back-to-back calls

Bonus Points

• Working knowledge of Facebook/Meta ads (campaign structure, Business Manager, pixel setup, ad account permissions)
• Prior experience at a marketing agency or in a client-facing role (account manager, customer success, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRMs, Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace
