In this role at Smile CDR, you will work remotely within Canada as a Cloud Engineer. Collaborating with Cloud Architects and Development teams, you will build complex cloud environments that support healthcare's data liberation. Your responsibilities will include technical support, client education, and designing scalable infrastructures, all while ensuring high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to build available cloud environments
• Provide Level 3 support to internal teams and clients
• Educate clients on cloud deployment patterns
• Investigate and resolve customer integration issues
• Document best practices and lessons learned

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Information Technology
• 2+ years in containerization technologies
• Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
• Professional Cloud Certifications preferred
