FULLY REMOTE Commercial Lines CSRs, Associate Account Managers and Commercial Lines Account Managers needed!!

About

We are seeking MULTIPLE FULLY REMOTE & experienced Commercial Insurance Assistant / Associate Account Managers, CSR's and Commercial Lines Account Managers for a fully remote roles that can be based on the East Coast.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the commercial insurance account manager team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lines Account Management team across a variety of job functions.
• Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing.
• Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
• Identify gaps in coverage including account rounding, cross selling and upselling opportunities.
• Identify pricing discrepancies
• Help prepare proposals
• Help process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Current property and casualty license
• 1-2+ Years of experience preferred in commercial insurance support role
• Background in assistant underwriting or assistant account management with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
