Accountabilities

• Produce engaging content across various platforms including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage outreach channels to amplify messaging and maintain regular communication.
• Organize and plan content through editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications Lead on major communication projects.
• Maintain an updated internal content library for efficient resource access.
• Assist in the development and management of digital content for the organization's website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven experience in managing social media and email marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ideally, experience in climate communications or related subject matter.
