Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects remotely, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including design, procurement, and contractor management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and handling invoices.
- Perform regular site visits (when necessary) to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the project.
- Report project status and performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in Canada’s construction market is an asset.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate remote work.
- Must be available to attend virtual meetings, client discussions, and site assessments (when required).
- Occasional travel within Canada for site visits and project assessments may be necessary.
