Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Customer Success Agent to join our team in Switzerland. In this position, you will be working 100% from home and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the maximum benefit from their Salesforce solutions. You will proactively support our customers, help them use our products, solve challenges, and act as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities
- Proactive support and maintenance of a portfolio of Salesforce customers.
- Identification of customer needs and proactive provision of solutions.
- Onboarding of new customers and ensuring smooth product introduction.
- Conducting product training and workshops for customers as needed.
- Processing customer inquiries and technical issues in collaboration with support teams.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying risks to customer retention.
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with customer contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or customer success management (at least 1 year).
- Excellent communication skills in Swiss German and fluent English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to explain complex issues simply and understandably.
- Empathy and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to quickly learn new software.
- Organizational talent and the ability to set priorities effectively.
- Independent and self-responsible work style in the home office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce products or other CRM systems.
- Knowledge of another national language (French or Italian).
- Completed education in business administration, marketing, or computer science.
- Experience working in a remote team.
